MR RDS ,35 Male, brought unconscious of few hr duration at 2 AM .
Non Diabetic,Non hypertensive .CH Smoker.
No H/O Head injury or Convulsions.
O/E- Pt unconscious –not responding to deep painful stimuli
Pulse-60/min,regular,BP-80/40mm, oedema-nil,cyanosis-nil,R/R-14/min,regular.
CNS-Planters-Normal,No focal neurological deficit
CVS,Res,ABD-NAD
On Investigation- Bl sugar-84mg%
ECG-NAD

DIAGNOSIS-? CVA
KEY EXAMINATION-LOOK AT PUPIL
PUPIL-PIN POINT
DIAGNOSIS- MORPHINE/PETHIDINE OVERDOSE
