HOW TO LIVE LONG AND FRUITFUL LIFE

Life is the most beautiful thing on planet earth which separates it
from millions of other stars and planets.We have yet to find another
life form in universe.Man is different from other lifeforms because
he can shape and influence his own life and other lives as well.Anybody
and everybody can live but to live a long and happy life one must understand few things.
To live long there are few things we have to understand and to live
purposefully  we need emotional maturity along with a healthy mind
and body.
When you are healthy physically and mentally and are able to take care of
your needs than only you can be useful to others in society. A person
at peace with himself can give peace and happiness to people around
him and can be useful to nation or humanity at large.
There are no certain methods to live long but many things are proved
beyond doubts-
1)   DIET
       Diet forms one of the most important factor in human life which
can increase or decrease the life span of a person.
a)How much to eat-People eating less and just keeping themselves
above starvation levels live longer then people eating as much as
possible.In many biosphere studies this point has been proved.A
biosphere is a specially constructed dome of plastic which has its
own atmosphere and is cut from rest of the world.It has its own vegetation
,own animals ,own water supply and own food cycle and is fully
self sufficient for years.Many scientists have lived in biospheres for
years and have eaten less whatever is available there and have
found that there BP has fallen,there serum fats are less,Heart rate
is less,toxic levels in blood have fallen and longevity increased.So
to sum up one must eat to live and not live to eat.
b)Calories-How much calories you need depend on sex,age and level of
physical activity.Males need more calories than females.

c)fats-Less fats are better.Fats forming 20% of total calories are best.
A balance of saturated fats,monounsaturated fats ,polyunsaturated fats
and marine fats containing 3 omega acids should be taken.Food
taken without fats may lead to shortage of essential fatty acids and
further damage and lead to depression.
D)protien-Normaly one need 1gm proteins per kg body wt except in
special circumstances like pregnancy ,fever,childhood   when one
needs more protiens.One must be deriving 35-45% calories from proteins.
Proteins derived from animal sources are better than derived from
plant sources.
E)Salt-One should take less salt .Every food contain some salt and
we take extra salt for taste.Salt increases BP which is harmful in long-term.
Caution-In excessive heat,sweating,working in hot and humid environment
,fever,vomitings and diarrhoea one need extra salt and electrolytes.
F)sugar-Sugar have been in world for about 100 years and Gur or
Jaggery for about 200 years and humans are on planet earth for
25,000 years or more .So you can understand that we can live without
these chemicals.Our body is still not used to it and taken in excessive
quantities can do harm to body.Sugar is present in natural form in
many fruits etc.Fruits also contains another sweetening agent
Fructose which is metabolised through different pathways than
glucose and does not need Insulin for metabolism.
G)FIBRE- A high fibre diet is must if you want to live long.Fibres are
of two types.1-insoluble fibres like cellulose present in wheat husk, fruit skin ,covering of pulses etc.2-soluble fibres-like pectin present in
fruits.these are more important  as are known to decrease cholesterol levels.
H)Food of Longitivity-There are certain chemicals and food which are known to increase life
          -Antioxidants
          -Flavinoids
          -Carotenoids
          -Ginseng alkoloids
2-ACTIVE LIFE STYLE
   If you want to live long you have to maintain active lifestyle.By
active lifestyle I mean that one should be active physically .
Some tips for remaining active
          -get up early in morning -6AM is OK
          -Go for a walk or do exercise for 30 min
          -Yoga  or others for 15 min
          -walk to work if possible
          -do not hesitate to get up from chair for work
          -walk around in office or in area of work
          -game or sport in evening
          -light food
          -early to bed
          -avoid smoking
          -minimum alcohol
3-FAMILY SUPPORT
4-health checkups
          Regular health checkups are important if you want to live long
and trouble free life.There are many diseases which are silent killers
and should be detected before they can harm us. Diabetes mellitus
and hypertention are some of the diseases which can be detected easily
and have incidence of 10% or more after 40 years of age.
Even coronary heart disease and cancer dont occur in few days time
and take 10-15 years to occure and can be detected early most of
the times.
Many people have false belief that they will be able to detect disease when
it occurs. Many people have false notion that they can feel high BP.
This feeling is false and most of the times one cant feel the high BP.
Humen cant detect everything like there are radiowaves around us
which our Transistor picks up easily but we cant feel it or when you
are exposed to X-rays you cant feel it.or you are surrounded by radiowaves all the time and any transistor can catch it but you cant feel it.
So it becomes important to go regular health checkups.Once a year is
fine if you are healthy.
5-Economic independence for whole life
6.Mental health – is as important as physical health.
          -All the negative thoughts like anger,jeaulousy,revenge,depression decreases the life span of person. Anger may not harm the person on whom you are angry but will definitely going to harm you. Mother nature wants us to have a positive attitude and positive thoughts towards others. If you have negative thoughts towards others and negative feelings then you waste your time and energy on negative projects and your output falls. Apart from this you harm your psyche and your body and have all sideeffects of chronic tention .even your  lifespan is shortened.
          -Enjoy the daily routine .Anybody who doesn’t enjoy the daily work is heading for trouble.All successful people enjoy whatever they are doing.

MOST HUMENS ARE BRAINWASHED ROBOTS

Most Human beings are brainwashed Robots...
The rulers of the world want mankind to exist in a conditioned or brainwashed state of mind. It makes us easier to rule and control. It makes us believe and respond to all kinds of fiction or nonsense. These concoctions or fictions, include all present philosophies, religions and political concepts as well as the ordinary things of life. Like our financial systems, the medicare systems and the deluding perpetrations of the media. They all keep us busy believing in stories from the most mundane to the ridiculous. They even make us go to war and kill our brothers and sisters. What a game! We are brainwashed from the day we are born. The rulers of the world want us to believe in the reality of the conscious mind only! This mind tells us that things are as we see them. They are not! The reality we experience is the result of a mental habit, we are stuck in a mental rut! Because of this we are forced to be reborn again and again. We are asleep! To awaken to 'what is' - is an individual task. There are many more and better realities than the reality most people are experiencing and believe in presently...

CAN WE LIVE FOREVER


Our body is not ours as it is changing molecules ,atoms with the surroundings all the time. Even our bones change in 6 years. It is the information in our genetic code which remains same and guides the atoms 2 go where 2 go. If all the genetic information can B digitilised like Music or movie then a time in near future is going 2 come when we have powerful computers which can directly interact with our brain and all our CONSCIOUSNESSN (Memories) can B copied and we could live forever in computer even atoms can B rearranged as in our body 2 create new body.

THINGS FAILURES DO
Number 1 - They Think, Say, & Do Negative Things.

Yup. They see problems in every opportunity.


They complain that the sun is too hot. They cursed the rain for ruining their plans for the day. They blame the wind for ruining their hair.


They think that everyone is against them. They see the problems but never the solutions.


Every little bit of difficulty is exaggerated to the point of tragedy. They regard failures as catastrophes. They become discouraged easily instead of learning from their mistakes.


They never seem to move forward because they're always afraid to come out of their comfort zones.

Number 2 - They Act Before They Think.

They move based on instinct or impulse. If they see something they like, they buy at once without any second thought.


Then they see something better. They regret & curse for not able to take advantage of the bargain.


Then they spend & spend again until nothing's left. They don't think about the future. What they're after is the pleasure they will experience at present.


They don't think about the consequences. Those who engage in unsafe sex, criminality, and the like are included in this group.

Number 3 - They Talk Much More Than They Listen

They want to be the star of the show. So they always engage in talks that would make them heroes, even to the point of lying.


Oftentimes they are not aware that what they're saying is not sensible anymore.


When other people advise them, they close their ears because they're too proud to admit their mistakes.


In their mind they're always correct. They reject suggestions because that will make them feel inferior.


Number 4 - They Give Up Easily

Successful people treat failures as stepping stones to success.

Incompetent ones call it quits upon recognizing the first signs of failure.


At first, they may be excited to start an endeavor. But then they lose interest fairly quickly, especially when they encounter errors.


Then they go & search for a new one. Same story & same results. Incompetent people don't have the persistence to go on and fulfill their dreams.

Number 5 - They Try to Bring Others Down To Their Level

Incompetent people envy other successful individuals. Instead of working hard to be like them, these incompetent ones spread rumors and try every dirty trick to bring them down.


They could have asked these successful ones nicely. But no, they're too proud. They don't want to ask advise. Moreover, they're too negative to accomplish anything.

Number 6 - They Waste Their Time

They don't know what to do next. They may just be contented on eating, getting drunk, watching TV, or worse, staring at the blank wall with no thoughts whatsoever to improve their lives.


It's perfectly fine to enjoy once in a while. But time should be managed efficiently in order to succeed. There should be a proper balance between work & pleasure.


Number 7 - They Take the Easy Way Out

If there are two roads to choose from, incompetent people would choose the wider road with less rewards than the narrower road with much better rewards at the end.


They don't want any suffering or hardship. They want a good life.


What these people don't know is that what you reap is what you sow. Efforts & action will not go unnoticed.


If only they would be willing to sacrifice a little, they would be much better off.


Successful people made it through trials & error. They never give up. They are willing to do everything necessary to achieve what they aspire for in life.

In USAit is becoming easier to avoid trans fats, in light of the new legal limitations on their use. Knowing where these dietary bombshells are hidden is your best defense against habits that will ruin your heart health. Start by reading nutrition labels: In 2006, the Food and Drug Administration mandated listing trans fat amounts on packaged food. The legal definition of “trans fat-free” is less than 0.5 grams of trans fat per serving. Look for the phrases “partially hydrogenated oil” or “vegetable shortening.” Those are ingredient-list code for trans fats. Seek out foods with no trans fats, or just trace amounts. The American Heart Association recommends that no one eat more than 2 grams of trans fats per day. None at all is even better. Many restaurants now post nutrition information online. Before you order, scan the menu for items without trans fats. (Pay attention to saturated fat and sodium, while you're at it. Those can be bad guys, too!) Do you have a favorite snack or fast-food splurge? Do you have any idea whether it contains trans fats? Try to find nutrition information on your treat by checking the company's nutrition information online, and let us know what you find out.
In India scenario is very dismal and there are no guidelines regarding transfat and no compliance. People are not even aware of this and have lots of transfat per day leading to high incidence of CAD .
